It is important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, our stylists lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time and others waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.

You may cancel or change your appointment without any charge anytime 48 hours before your appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice + results in 50% charge of services.

No call/no show will result in 100% charge of scheduled services.

RETURNS

Luxe + Lather Salon only offers product exchange, no returns. If you purchase a product you are unhappy with, we will exchange within a week of the purchase date. Product cannot be visibly damaged.
