Tessa Sposito is a seasoned hairstylist with over 20 years of experience serving clients in Bend, Hawaii, San Francisco, and Santa Barbara. Known for her thoughtful attention to detail and adaptable approach, Tessa stays inspired by the ever-evolving world of hair design.
She specializes in lived-in color, highlights, and balayage, as well as soft pixie cuts, bobs of all kinds, and beautifully layered long hair. Tessa is deeply committed to understanding each client’s vision, taking the time to listen and collaborate to create a look that feels authentic and effortless.
Her goal is simple: to ensure every client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and truly beautiful.
Jessica
Jessica has been behind the chair since 2005, with roots in California and Austin before calling Bend home 13 years ago. A former educator at her Los Angeles salon, she brings a thoughtful balance of technical precision and intuitive artistry to every appointment. She is especially known for full transformations and effortlessly lived-in color, working primarily with Schwarzkopf.
Jessica works with all hair textures and offers Brazilian Blowouts, with a reputation for helping clients feel confident, seen, and their absolute best through beautifully tailored hair.
Outside the salon, she can usually be found lost in a good book, planning her next adventure, curating inspired outfits, collecting niche perfumes, or spending time with her very opinionated cat, Duck.
Errilla
Errilla is a seasoned hairstylist with 24 years of experience and a genuine passion for her craft. She specializes in all things blonde, from lived-in, multi-tonal color to bright, clean platinum, and is known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach to color.
Errilla enjoys cutting hair of all lengths and has a particular appreciation for a timeless classic bob, while also being highly regarded for her short, edgy cuts. A native Oregonian, she grew up immersed in the industry, inspired by her mother, a hairstylist, which shaped her skillset and artistic approach from an early age.
Her goal is always to create hair that feels confident, personalized, and effortlessly wearable for each client.
Cristi
Cristi is a seasoned hair professional with 19 years of experience, specializing in dimensional blondes, lived-in color, and big, bouncy blowouts designed to look beautiful long after you leave the salon. Known for her refined skill and thoughtful, detail-driven approach, Cristi is passionate about enhancing each client’s natural beauty while creating a relaxed, welcoming experience.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending quality time with family and friends, soaking up the outdoors, or confidently claiming the top score at the arcade.
Wendy
Every once in a while you stumble across a hairstylist who is naturally gifted at an array of creative mediums, and Wendy is one of those stylists. This abstract painter and former graphic designer brings the perfect blend of creativity and attention to detail to Luxe & Lather.
Wendy’s relationship with creative work began as a student at the Art Institute of Los Angeles. After finding early success as a digital designer, she landed at Mattel helping to shape the iconic Barbie brand. In 2017, Wendy pivoted from the digital arts to pursue a career in cosmetology at Toni & Guy, a leading innovator in modern hair design techniques. With a focus on consistency and control, Wendy leverages a simplistic approach to achieving a total look.
Wendy believes in bringing compassion, empathy and flexibility to her work and is moved by fashion, painting, interior design, and fitness. Wendy aims to bring both comfort and confidence to each client she serves. When she's not in the studio you can find her painting, taking boxing classes, or spending quality time with her husband and two kids.
She specializes in balayage, blonding, natural hair colors, and precision cuts.
Hayley
Hayley is a hairstylist with over a decade of experience who genuinely loves the art of transformation. She values the connection built in her chair just as much as the finished look, creating an experience that feels easy, thoughtful, and personal.
With a listen-first approach, Hayley works intuitively and intentionally, pairing strong technique with a natural eye for balance. Her work is effortless and wearable, designed to grow out beautifully and feel just as good weeks later as it does on day one.
Lauren
Lauren is a professional hairstylist and colorist with a keen eye for detail and a lifelong passion for hair design. She prides herself on building genuine relationships with her clients and creating cuts, colors, and styles that are thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s personality—all in a fun, relaxed, and welcoming environment.
Before entering the world of hair, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Psychology from the University of Redlands. She went on to work in marketing for commercial and residential real estate companies in the Bay Area, where she also welcomed her two wonderful daughters. After relocating to Bend, Lauren spent six fulfilling years as a stay-at-home mom, putting down roots in the community while continuing to feel called toward her creative dream.
Lauren specializes in women’s haircuts, color, and lived-in blondes, and also offers men’s haircuts, Brazilian blowouts, and special event styling. She is deeply committed to helping her clients look and feel their best—whether that means a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. Her goal is for every client to leave her chair feeling confident, heard, and absolutely obsessed with their hair.
Katie
Meet Katie, a passionate and highly skilled hairstylist with 14 years of experience behind the chair. She began her career in Los Angeles, where she honed her technical skills in a fast-paced, trend-forward salon environment before returning home to Oregon in 2015.
Katie is best known for her thoughtful approach to color transformations, blonding, lived-in color, and vivid hues, as well as creating low-maintenance women’s haircuts that grow out beautifully. She takes pride in delivering results that feel modern yet wearable, always considering her clients’ lifestyle, hair health, and long-term goals. Her consultations are thorough and collaborative, ensuring each guest feels heard, confident, and excited about their hair.
With a calm, welcoming presence and a strong attention to detail, Katie is dedicated to creating an elevated but relaxed salon experience. She believes great hair should feel effortless, personalized, and empowering—never forced or overdone.
Outside of the salon, Katie enjoys exploring Central Oregon’s beautiful trails, spending time hiking and soaking in nature. She’s a proud dog mom to her rescued Chihuahuas and values quality time with family and close friends. Her love for the outdoors and balance in life carries into her work, where she brings intention, creativity, and care to every appointment.
